Terms of Sale

Terms, prices and policies posted hereon supercede all others and are subject to change without prior notice. All payments made by credit card are to be in USA funds. Out-of-county monies, money orders, or cashiers checks must include a 6% currency exchange fee (Special Collection) added to the total amount of the order. Shipping costs plus COD fees must be included in your remittance. Wisconsin residents add 5% sales tax.

Back Orders

If there is any delay in filling your order you will be notified by mail. The back ordered item will not be charged for until it is shipped. You can elect to receive a refund or wait for your order to be filled. Back orders will be held for 60 days. All back orders will be shipped within 60 days or cancelled.

Claims

Should your order arrive in damaged condition, check contents in the presence of the carrier. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made by the consignee directly with the carrier.

Returns

All sales are considered final. All returns must be shipped prepaid and accompanied by a copy of the sales Invoice and Return Authorization (1-800-642-8778). Unless, due to an error on the part of Industries for the Blind, all returns will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All returns, unauthorized or shipped freight collect, will be refused and returned to sender.

Warranty

All Cedar Lake Series DVD products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. At our option we will replace or credit defective merchandise.

Return Checks

A $25.00 service charge will apply to all returned checks.
